Custom tabs are simple input boxes where you can type in free-text.
On visits, the app comes with these custom tabs by default.
- Chief Complaint
- Diagnosis
- Treatment Plan
- Medication
If these custom tabs does not make sense for you, they can be renamed or hidden if not needed.
An example of custom tab content could be a prescription, doctor’s advice, or any information you can type in. Here is a screenshot of the custom tab entry box.
On patient records, it comes with “Other Details” custom tab only. You can rename or hide this tab if it is not useful for you.
