(1) Click on the + button
(2) Fill up the patient form. Notice that you can also get patient details from your device contacts.
(3) Click SAVE
(4) Patient was saved and your are shown the patient record.
If you need to enter more details about this patient, click on the Other Details tab. You can type in the information as free-text.
